Emergency Pulp Extirpation - Root Canal

This patient came in as an emergency with severe toothache from multiple lower teeth.  Extraction was not chosen as an option by this patient (not many teeth left for chewing) so it was decided to perform traditional root canal therapy.  Two emergency pulp extirpations (root canals) were started and good healing was evident after placement of the inter-appointment calcium hydroxide medicament.
